Frequently Asked Questions
Click the virtual classes tab at the top of the page. After the login page appears, click on the line “Click here to register”. Fill in the requested information. After you have completed the required information, go back to the login page, enter your username and password, and the workouts will appear. Live and archived workouts will be under this tab.

Click the In-Person Class tab at the top of the page. Enter the requested information into Vagaro. Register for the date that you would like to attend class. Attend!
In-person class registration must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the class start time on the date you are registered for in order to receive a refund. If it is not cancelled at least 4 hours prior to class, you may choose a future date to have a one-time class transfer. We must be notified within 24 hours of the class you signed up for to get transferred to a future class. Class registration cannot be transferred to or redeemed by another participant.
In-person: all equipment is provided
Virtual: trampoline, light dumbbells (2-5lbs depending on strength)
The workouts can be done with no equipment, but if you are virtual, it’s best to purchase the equipment listed above to get the highest intensity.

Absolutely! There is a space for children to sit & observe while you work out.
There are no refunds or transfers for virtual classes, but there are no contracts so you can cancel at any time.
